The root was pretty easy to get out in the end. 10 minutes of carefully cutting round and through with my pick axe.
We hated gardening when young, now we find we love it. We are the Surprised Gardeners. Our efforts are watched over by our NZ Lamb, Erica. This is all about Erica's Garden.
